Terms & Conditions of Sale

Wholesale Only:	We sell wholesale to businesses involved in the textile industries. A valid resale license is required.
Orders:	All orders are made through LTM Textile resources at 800-447-6825 ext. 24 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm pacific standard time or via email at fabric@ltml.com
Backorder:	All backorders are held indefinitely unless cancelled by customer. Customer will be called prior to shipping any backorders.
Freight:	F.O.B. LTM Textile warehouse Huntington Beach, CA and High Point, NC. All title passes at F.O.B point. All claims for damages must be made against carrier. Any drop shipment or expedited freight request need to be made in writing. A premium freight authorization form will need to be completed for all air shipments.
Credit:	To establish a line of credit, an application must be completed and approved. All new accounts can ship with a credit-card until a line of credit is approved.
Terms:	Net 30 days with prior credit approval. All past due accounts will be place on shipping hold until past due balance has been paid. Any returned check is subject to a $20.00 service charge.
Returns:	All sales are final. All returns must be approved by LTM Textile Resources an given an RA number. Goods must be ship back freight pre-paid with a RA # issued by LTM Textiles. Goods returned without a RA number will be refused. Returns must be in saleable condition and must have been purchased from LTM Textile within 30days of return date. Special runs/production are not returnable. All merchandise sold on a "close-out" or "as is" basis are not returnable.
Refuse Shipments:	Refuse shipments for any reasons are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
